This is one of the kaftans we sold during our 2010 Raya promo. The customer wanted a special beadwork to spice up the plain kaftan. So these are what we've done!
This is one of my favorites this year. A customer sent in her Japanese cotton kurung for Raya and I was psyched to get on with the beading. I hope she like what I did, cos I certainly would love to keep this for myself!
Salam ladies. Below are the beadwork sample for our kaftan collection. Our collection comes in off white (sold out), red, black, orange and green. Choose your favorite color now! While stocks last.
Salam & hello! Sorry for the super late post. Been quite busy these days. Anyway, these is the outcome of my impulse idea *not impulse buying ye* (refer previous post here). Dah pakai dah pun to my cousin's wedding. :)
This is also another one of my mom's baju kurung. I just picked it up from the tailor and mom asked me to add simple beadworks to it. I experimented by using acrylic stones and tadaaa! Lights up the whole kurung, isn't it? :)
This is my first design on a kebarung (kebaya-kurung). I sewed 3 brooch-like design in the middle of the kebarung and did the same on its hand part. What do you think? :)
This is my younger sister's baju kurung. The color is sweet and simple, which suits her age and personality. FYI, she's in Form 5 this year. I incorporated pink and silver beads to compliment the silver-ish songket bottom.
This is a very simple design just to add a little touch to the baju kurung. Only the neck part was beaded because the hand part is already embroidered. It's simple, but classy. :)
